Why worry saints...Maybe Today!! The Bible is riddled with passages regarding anxiety and worry . Fear and Faith cannot be housed together. ONE will suffocate the other. If God tells us to NOT worry A LOT in His word, why do so many people worry? I understand anxiety and worry every now and than but a continued state of anxiousness and worry is NOT of God!! You cannot continue to live in this cycle. Why? Because God has given you the tools for your walk to overcome it!!  Once and for all!!  Open His WORD, put down your phone, ignore everyone around you and mediate on what HE says. Don't go to self help books, or devotionals or even advice from people.  GET alone with GOD!!!  Get alone with His word...you cannot be in His word and continue with anxiety.  It just cannot happen because then you can say His word is lying!! " Resting " in today's world seems so hard!! Psalm 62:1-2 is a clear picture of who and what our God is/does when we rely solely on HIM! I will never find " rest " in the things of this world since they are all temporal. I will however, find " rest " in the eternal. In my Yeshua, (it’s a version of Joshua, and it means “ salvation ”.) In His very name, Yeshua, is my SALVATION!! Halleluiah!! Longing and waiting eagerly for Jesus to say  " come up here !" Psalm 62:1-2 My soul waits in silence for God only; From Him is my salvation.
